After Boarding A Bus On Her Own She Is Still Waiting For Her Owners To Come Claim Her

After boarding a bus in Bradford, England a very forlorn Staffie-Cross is still waiting for her owners to come claim her!

The adorable dog jumped onboard the 620 bus heading toward Bradford city center in West Yorkshire on Wednesday the 16th of October. She did try to jump back off at one point, but as it was on a busy hight street passengers convinced her to stay.

Staff and passengers looked after the understandably worried pooch before she was taken off the bus at its last stop.

She was then taken to kennels where she will stay for up to seven days in the hopes her owners will come to claim her. After which, if no one comes forward she may be re-homed.

She currently resides at the Yorkshire Rose Dog Rescue where staff are worried her owners, not knowing what happened to her, may not come forward.

Gemma Burton, who was on the bus when the dog got on, told the Yorkshire Post: “She got on at Bierley.

“She did try and get off the bus at one point but it was on the busy main road, so we got her to stay on and someone stayed with her on the bus before she was taken off at Bradford Interchange.”

Trustee Janet Burrell told the paper: “Whoever her owner is mustn’t be missing her that much, it’s been 48 hours now. “We need a new home for her.”
