Every Rescue Is Special, However, This One Was Not Only Special, It Was Also Very Unique!

Every rescue is special, and every life saved is worth it, however, a Missouri-based rescue saved a life that was also very unique, to say the least.

Mac’s Mission rescued a pit bull puppy last week that was very unique, this little guy was a unicorn puppy, somehow born with a little tail on his forehead!

Last week the rescue posted shots of their new addition on Facebook asking for donations to help care for the young puppy.

He was given the very appropriate name of Narwhal, after the Magical Furry Unicorn. He also had his X-rays taken, as well as given a thorough examination.

Besides a foot injury, everything was normal. Doctors assured that the ‘extra’ tail on his forehead doesn’t hinder his movement or anything and there’s no reason, as of now, to remove it. 

This little unicorn pup is sadly not available to be adopted as of now as the rescuers want him to grow up a little and make sure that the tail isn’t bothering him in any way. 

Although the rescuers don’t exactly know if the tail wags or not but they are waiting to see, and so are we.
