Woman Caught On Camera Doing The Most Despicable Thing!

She was allegedly caught on surveillance cameras dumping puppies into a dumpster.

54-year-old Deborah Culwell was arrested on Monday for allegedly dumping puppies in Coachella. She remained silent as officers led her out the front door of her home handcuffed.

She is likely to face several counts of abusing animals. Surveillance footage caught her driving up to and parking outside the dumpster and then opening the lid to throw in a bag of puppies in 90-degree weather.

Changing her mind she then carelessly tosses the bag into the next open dumpster.

Fortunately, good Samaritans came to the rescue after a homeless man heard the puppies crying.

The puppies are being cared for at a foster home, so young they have to be bottle fed.

“You can clearly see the bag of puppies being dumped into the dumpster,” said John Welsh, the chief of the Riverside County Department of Animal Services. “There’s clearly not a level of intelligence that’s going to be used if you’re going to toss animals.”
