When You Have Bitten Off More Than You Can Chew!
Many times my parents said this to me when I was a child. Usually, it was framed around how much I was eating.
Or more to the point what I was trying to eat. I always had a big appetite and would usually order a huge meal more suited to two people than one.
Sometimes my dad used it when I was trying to do much by myself, basically, he was using the phrase to say I needed help, I was always one to take on a big task by myself when I really needed help.
That being said, figuratively speaking, the dog in the video you are about to see has definitely “bitten off more than he can chew.” I mean look at the size of that stick, or should I say branch.
You have to give him credit where credit is due though, he’s one tough little dog. He refuses to give up, every time he drops this stick, I mean branch. He just picks it right back up and keeps going.
