Paralyzed, Instinctively He Began Dragging Himself Around To Comfort Suffering Dogs

After witnessing all the suffering around him, paralyzed, he instinctively began dragging himself around the clinic to comfort other animals!

After a sad very unfortunate accident early in his life Lucifer the cat had damaged his spine. Left paralyzed he was thankfully rescued and taken in by an animal clinic in Perm, Russia. There, with the help of the very caring staff, he was able to adapt to a new life as a disabled cat.

His overall health improved so much so that he was able to regain partial use of his limbs. Limping and dragging himself around the clinic he met with, and saw the pain and suffering of some of the dogs there. Probably because he was able to relate, he began making daily tours comforting the sick dogs and other pets in the hospital’s wards.

Today, Lucifer (now called Luc by his caretakers) has become a comforting presence for all the animals in the clinic. He spends hours cuddling with them and even keeps them warm. He has also helped save many cats on the brink of death by being their blood donor!

The vet staff feels that Luc wants to look out for other hurting animals because he has been through hard times himself. His compassionate eyes and his unconditional love for other animals make him a natural nurturer.

Luc is a true survivor who just wants to support those suffering like him! Go Luc!
